Baptisms

You need to submit the following documents:

• Baptism - Appointment Form (filled out) (download below)
• Birth certificate (copy)
• Godparent/Sponsor's confirmation certificate (copy)

You can submit the required documents above by attaching your files.

Godparents/Sponsors must be as follows:

• one godfather & one godmother
• Catholic
• at least 18 years old
• received the Sacrament of Confirmation

The parents and godparents/sponsors must attend a short seminar prior to baptism day.

Regular Baptism Schedule:

(we will confirm with you the actual date)

• Saturdays at 10 a.m.
• Saturdays at 11 a.m.
• Sundays at noon

There is no baptism fee.
