You need to submit the following documents:
- Baptism - Appointment Form (filled out) (download below)
- Birth certificate (copy)
- Godparent/Sponsor's confirmation certificate (copy)
You can submit the required documents above by attaching your files.
Godparents/Sponsors must be as follows:
- one godfather & one godmother
- Catholic
- at least 18 years old
- received the Sacrament of Confirmation
The parents and godparents/sponsors must attend a short seminar prior to baptism day.
Regular Baptism Schedule:
(we will confirm with you the actual date)
- Saturdays at 10 a.m.
- Saturdays at 11 a.m.
- Sundays at noon
There is no baptism fee.
